chapter 4

I got this video from youtube.

This video connects to the chapter because of when "Buffalo" the lawyer goes to visit Ceaser as he is in no eating mode to make a point of non-violence like Ghandi.

I enjoyed this chapter because when he met ceaser and explained how he looked it made me sad because it goes to show what people themselves sometimes have to sacrifice in order to promote non violence and peace.

I will remember the quote at the end because its one person going down is better than not sacrificing themselves and having everyone suffer.

chapter 1

I got this picture from yahoo i looked up riots and a variety of pictures like these came up.

This connects to the chapter because the part where they are trying to go inside the really pretty church and they are being denied access because they are chicanos and do not look the part of well dressed civilized people.

I liked this chapter because it didnt bore me and the author kept me wanting to read more. Also it was very detailed so i could easily imagine what was going on.

I will remember from this chapter lady going crazy with the golf club and ruining the pretty church by spilling the wine and the bread.
